Fluffy cloud bed!! Very courteous staff! Cook to order breakfast!
I have no complaints.

The room was beautiful. We did not have a nice view from the room window, but the gorgeous foyer, lobby and public guest areas make up for that. The staff was courteous, welcoming and very helpful.

Great room plus happy hour an a great breakfast.

For the price it was a great hotel plus the complimentary happy hour and custom made breakfast. Excellent staff and all around experience.

Breakfast was available only from 6am, while I had to leave for the airport already earlier. It would be great, since it's an airport hotel, if they made some provisions for early departures.

Nice lobby, check in was fast
Room smelled musty, hvac made terrible noise, sheets were like sandpaper.

Looks much nicer in the photos than it is in person. For the money it was overrated. Room did not smell fresh and was very noisy.

The staff accommodated my need for an early check in. The rooms were spacious and clean.
Charge for Wifi use unless you are a diamond member.

The staff accommodated my need for an early check in. They even provided me with a room that had initially been reserved for a diamond member. For an overnight business stay this hotel really fit the bill. It was also close to the airport.

I'm always impressed what the layout and design of Embassy Suites. The waterfalls, the plants, and the overall design are always also beautiful. Ever since we stayed at Embassy in Denver it's the only hotel we will stay at. We're always also especially im
No, we had a wonderful time and look forward to going back again.

I was initially a little bit worried about the location, however, once we arrived we found out there were many shops and attractions for us to see. We actually like to have a nice quiet area to relax when we're at our hotel, and then take the short drive to where all the action is happening Downtown

Good location, in hotel restaurant and bar.
Very loud, thin walls, door opens out to public common area.

Not a horrible experience but not at all a quiet stay. Every room faces the large open public area of the hotel that includes the dining and bar area and a large fountain. This makes for a noisy stay. In addition to the paper thin walls that allow you to hear what your neighbor is saying and which TV channel they are watching.

The breakfast--so many choices!!

This hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. We got there fairly late at night and had to leave the next morning but we slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Very nice room, and excellent finishings.
Terrible air-conditioning, I turned it as low as it would go and still had to sleep with no sheets on.

Hotel was wonderful. The AC was very uncomfortable. It was hot and the fan did not blow at all that I could notice. Also, the pillows were way bigger than my liking.
