Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Kansas City-International Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 9, 2013

The room was beautiful. We did not have a nice view from the room window, but the gorgeous foyer, lobby and public guest areas make up for that. The staff was courteous, welcoming and very helpful.

For the price it was a great hotel plus the complimentary happy hour and custom made breakfast. Excellent staff and all around experience.

Looks much nicer in the photos than it is in person. For the money it was overrated. Room did not smell fresh and was very noisy.

The staff accommodated my need for an early check in. They even provided me with a room that had initially been reserved for a diamond member. For an overnight business stay this hotel really fit the bill. It was also close to the airport.

I was initially a little bit worried about the location, however, once we arrived we found out there were many shops and attractions for us to see. We actually like to have a nice quiet area to relax when we're at our hotel, and then take the short drive to where all the action is happening Downtown

Not a horrible experience but not at all a quiet stay. Every room faces the large open public area of the hotel that includes the dining and bar area and a large fountain. This makes for a noisy stay. In addition to the paper thin walls that allow you to hear what your neighbor is saying and which TV channel they are watching.

This hotel is beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable. We got there fairly late at night and had to leave the next morning but we slept well and thoroughly enjoyed the continental breakfast.

Hotel was wonderful. The AC was very uncomfortable. It was hot and the fan did not blow at all that I could notice. Also, the pillows were way bigger than my liking.
