Better breakfast, kind staff, clean room, great shuttle driver. It IS that everything is perfect.
They give me a worst room without sofa and desk and was located next to the vent, so noisy! The point was that they should have many other rooms available. Once you live in, emphasize that you don't want a room in the corner next to the vent.

The breakfast and afternoon cocktail hour. The room was okay parking was too high.
Our room was not clean and we definitely complained, it was taken care of the next day. However this never should of happened.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the food in the restaurant was great
The entrance when we pulled in there were only 2 cars and we had to pull up in the road to unload luggage, the 2 cars were just hogging the entrance. Parking was too expensive 22.95 a day

This hotel met my expectations clean, good food and friendly staff, clean gym other than the parking I am glad I stayed there.

Great breakfast and cocktail reception in evenings.
The staff was consistently grouchy. With the exception of the front desk staff, everyone else was seriously crabby and did not respond to us all trying to be super nice to get them to be friendly. Couldn't even get a smile from the cocktail lady.

service in the restaurant was slow

This hotel worked well for our trip. We flew out of LAX so we booked rooms for going and coming. The shuttle service was very good and timely.

Parking was $22

The hotel had great rooms, very helpful staff.
That there was a parking fee of $22 per day. Ouch!

Excellent location, so near the airport. Plenty of places nearby for food and exploration. Is was super near the airport, but no airport noise.
