Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Nashville-Airport

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Ashley at the front desk was amazing. So friendly and so helpful.
Parking was awful!

The staff was fantastic. They were friendly & accomodating. The room was very nice as has been my experience with every Embassy Suites Hotel I've stayed in.

The room was prepaid through Priceline, but they charged my credit card for additional $132.32 with no explaination, which is being disputed.

Don't assume they will not charge your credit card if you have had no incidental expenses during your stay, double check with front desk before leaving. Also, the hotel is very old.

The breakfast was delicious.
The computers crashed so we had to wait 4 hours to check-in.

The computers crashed so we had to wait 4 hours to check-in but the bar downstairs in the hotel had great food and drinks. The bartender was very nice and she was handling many impatient and disgruntled guests very well.

Location was fine. Statt was ok
Was told we had to spend cash only on Saturday night due to a computer problem. We decided to eat else where. Had problems with the tv's in our room. Was given the run around until we made the 2nd call.

Times available for shuttle

When I arrived their systems had been down since 9 am and they were not checking anyone into their room. When they did finally start checking people in you did not get a room key. Every time you left your room you had to go to the front dek to have someone unlock your door. For the price I paid for one night this was not acceptable.

The best thing was it was close to the friends we were in town visiting. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great. The bed was comfortable and the room/bathroom was clean. Overall we had a great stay.
The parking that was taken up by construction vehicles was inconvenient, it wasn't horrible but it would have been nice to be able to park closer to the entrance nearest our room.

It was very close to the airport and I got a good rate via Priceline.
Carpet not vacuumed. Dirty, wet washcloth hanging over the shower. Couch had stains on it. Restaurant downstairs was out of business, but still kinda doing business - dark and abandoned looking with creepy host.

Housekeeping staff not doing a good job at this particular Embassy Suite. Looked like housekeeper wiped their butt with a washcloth and hung it over the shower. One bed looked like it had been made up by a 6 yr old. Made me wonder if housekeeper had a fling in the room . . . definitely didn't even bother to vacuum. If the hotel's restaurant went out of business, they should just apologize and say they don't have one. Don't send "Lurch" out to greet customers and tell them they are free to sit in a dark, abandoned looking area to order. Really?!! We ate in the bar . . .food was mediocre. I stay at Embassy Suites all the time, but this one isn't one I would recommend or ever return to. ...read more

The price was right and it was right beside of a major highway.
Our tv was not working properly and would not stay still on the swivel it was installed on.

Definitely right for the price! We paid xxx a night! Excellent!
