Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Nashville At Vanderbilt
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.June 6, 2013

Staff was excellent. Shuttle is good only within 2 miles of hotel, and sometimes they can't pick you up for 2-3 hours when busy. Breakfast was so, so. Bed was very comfy! No vent fan in Bathroom. Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbor talking, and taking a shower. I was on 3rd floor and a bar with an outside patio is next to hotel that can be pretty noisy on weekends. Close to Vanderbilt University. Elevators are slow. Staff was the most impressive thing. ...

The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you to areas that are within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. All of the drivers were very polite young men who were very friendly. We were able to get to the downtown area easily and call for a pick up when we wanted to return. We did have our car, but it is tough to park downtown so the shuttle was great!

We enjoyed the free drinks in the evening and the breakfast each morning was wonderful. The rooms were very large and there was plenty of room for everyone in our party.
