Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. After checking in, we found out we were in the "lofts" instead of the hotel itself, so in a wheelchair & with luggage, we were escorted out the parking garage to the broken sidewalks in the rain to another hotel. "The Lofts at Embassy Suites" was a total surprise and disappointment to us. Our room was in another building! BEWARE! Usually, Embassy Suites is family friendly, tastefully decorated. The murels painted in the breakfast room were sleazy (ie a literal life-size strip tease) which stoops to the culture of the area. Not appetizing, not fun to explain to the children, not appropriate, not appreciated. We will NOT be staying here again! ...

The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the casino - quite a hike to the French Quarter but doable. The breakfast was great. My only gripe was the noisy ceiling fan. I told the front desk people, and nothing was done about it. That was the only disappointment. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

Good hotel overall but the room was very small for an embassy suites. The lofts building is not well served and it is across the street from the main building. Probably needs more personnel.

While our room was "well worn" it was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting on our balcony over Julia Street. The manager's reception every evening and morning breakfast were great. We walked or took the trolley all over the city- if you can handle walking a good bit, there is no need for taxi service and certainly no need for a car. The Embassy Suites staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We tipped generously, they deserved it. ...

We found our state to be quite nice and we would certainly recommend your hotel as a destination for a New Orleanians stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the food was very good.
