Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel New Orleans
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.Sort by: All Travelers | Business Traveler(7) | Solo Traveler(13) | Traveling as Couple(34) | Family with Young Children(15) | Family with Teens(9) | Senior Traveler(2) | Group Traveler(10)

Location is good.
We were put in a different building than the main one. For many things we had to go to the main building across the street, even to get tea. It appeared to be under staffed.
Good hotel overall but the room was very small for an embassy suites. The lofts building is not well served and it is across the street from the main building. Probably needs more personnel.

Good location, far from madding crowd, yet close enough.Parking is a plus.
It's a bit dated. Shower area of bathroom was very dark.
We stayed here several years ago and were impressed enough to return.Would stay there again for sure.

The hotel was managed very well and staff was very helpful. The accommodations were quite nice.
The only thing we found a little bit difficult was managing the temperature settings on the thermostat. Our room was in the Annex and that was also a little bit difficult to manage.
We found our state to be quite nice and we would certainly recommend your hotel as a destination for a New Orleanians stay. The breakfast buffet was very nice and the food was very good.

Complementary breakfast and happy hour
Did not smell fresh, poor maintenance such as elevator not working. Loud atmosphere.

Great staff, good rates, wonderful breakfast!
The sofa bed was neither lean nor comfortable. The sheet used by the previous guest was not changed and the sofa-bed mattress bowed up in the middle.

That we could stay in two bedrooms together. The omelets made to order for breakfast was good.
The bathrooms are small and the price of parking.

Car in valet was left unsecured and unattended. I re-entered for camera without any interference from staff.
Room was spacious and clean, everything was great except the valet incident!

Close walking distance to area activities, enjoyed free happy hour.
Did not like paying 30 bucks to park. It should be free for guests.
Overall good as far as location to area attractions.

The rooms were large and very comfortable. The staff was extra friendly.
I wish I had known that I was required to pay $30.00 for parking! It was a big surprise.
Great hotel but budget for the $30.00 parking fee!
