Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel Phoenix-Scottsdale

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great location with nice, accommodating staff!

Right in the heart of Paradise Valley's shopping areas. Fantastic golf course views!

Beautiful view. The best complimentary breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. Also the free happy hour was wonderfull too. I give this place a 3 1/2 start rating. I don't think it should be rated as just a 3 star.

A lot of great freebies such as breakfast and free reception hour in the bar.

Definite four star! Clean, comfortable beds and the room was a suite! Small living room and separate bedroom with kitchen! Great surprise when all we expected was a room with two double beds!
Only thing that was non customer service oriented was when we asked for a 1/2 hr late checkout. They wanted $25 and were kind of snotty about it. Needless to say we didn't check out late.

Great location in between AZ 51 and the 101, lots of restaurants and local shopping nearby. Upscale part of Scottsdale, safe looking surrounding neighborhoods. Extremely comfortable beds, outstanding and free made to order breakfast/omelette bar. Free happy hour every evening. We will definitely stay here again even if not through Priceline! I highly recommend!

FANTASTIC view of the mountains and golf course, beautiful decor in the lobby, friendly staff, delicious breakfast included, close to much shopping and at the same time resort feeling... Bed was comfortable and clean~ Shower was good!
The hotel room hallways looked outdated and the elevator was very slow.

Very spacious suites, and the breakfast was great!

This was a great hotel and I can't wait to stay there again. Very nice and reasonably priced golf course on the facility.

would have rather had view of golf course instead of a the roof of another building and parking lot.

Spacious room, good staff, parking, wonderful breakfast, happy hour.
Internet connections. Charging for Internet $15/day is irritating.

About as good as it gets from my point of view. There was a maintenance problem with the shower, but otherwise a perfect stay. Breakfast is a big plus. At free happy hour you can meet other guests and have good conversations.

proximity to shopping, restaurants, and medical services, design of room suites
cleanliness not up to par. Had to switch rooms due to shabby condition of carpet and furniture

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We were in the N. Scottsdale area for medical services at the nearby Mayo Clinic. The pool and golf course are attractive backdrops to the covered balcony. The floor plan of the suite was very attractive. Cleanliness was less than expected however. We had to switch our rooms due to the shabby condition of the furniture and condition of the carpet. Alarm clock in the room could not be set to the proper time by the guest, housekeeping had to be called. Coffee maker did not work properly. Hallways did not seem to be vacuumed on a regular basis. Complimentary Happy hour was a nice perc, but I would have put the money spent on that into housekeeping and maintenance. ...read more
