Hotel Guest Reviews of the Embassy Suites Hotel San Antonio-International Airport
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.March 18, 2013

We've stayed at Embassy hotels before, they are always excellent! The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is the best! It was easy to get to the Northstar Mall and about 10 minutes to the riverwalk. The kingsize bed was very comfortable. Probably would pay more to stay at Embassy even though I'm very frugal.

Carlsbad New Mexico Motel 6 has free (and much higher speed) internet. Why can't Embassy Suite have free internet. The free breakfast used the same generic bacon that was used by the free breakfast at Motel 6, mentioned above. There is a legal statement right on the front door demanding that those of us that have a conceal weapon permit are not welcome. I won't be back.

Nice facility and staff until I needed some reassurance regarding a stalker calling my room and saying he had been watching me and knew what room I was in. The atrium allows for no privacy as you enter your room. They said they might know who it was then the next day they said they didn't. Inconsistent story. Perhaps it was a regular that they didn't want to disturb? I don't know. But I will not be returning. ...

The staff was very nice but the room smelled very bad of carpet cleaner and the air conditioner did not keep room very cool. Room was very damp even the towels felt damp. More than likely will not stay there again Their breakfast was not as good as it used to be.

The staff was fast and courteous and helped us check in quickly. We were provided with a crib with no problem. When we got to our room, it had an odor and the carpet was wet and dirty to the point my socks got soiled and wet, this was true of the replacement room as well. We couldn't even let the baby on the floor.
