Embassy Suites Hotel Santa Ana-Orange County Airport North

The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. They ran out of towels at the front desk while i was there but other than that the stay was perfect.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Not only did the "non smoking" room reek of smoke, it was filthy. There was no TV clicker in the main living area, the carpets, drapes furniture and bedding all smelled. To top it off, there was a long blonde hair in my "free breakfast omelette" the next morning. Yuk. I'm a brunette. The hotel would do nothing do help me out in any way; I would have thought that even after purchasing the 2 room stay thru PriceLine they would have tried to keep a customer. I checked in late (as I had confirmed) late on a Saturday evening after driving all day. The hotel was perfect for our trip. Location was ideal, rooms are spacious, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Made to order breakfast was really good. Had something to offer for everyone in our group and so convenient! We didn't have to drive anywhere and spend $$$ for breakfast for our group of 4. Staff were friendly and responded to our request for extra pillows and blankets very quickly. The ONLY con was the condition of the sofa sleeper mattress. Location is great but this is an old hotel that is showing its age. Needs TLC.

The hotel provides good hot breakfast and snacks and drinks at night, which is good when you have little kids . The hotel also have a small swimming pool and a Jacuzzi, as well as a fitness room that I never used, however we used the pool facility twice. The hotel also have a nice business center with multiple computers that I did not use as well.The main advantage of the hotel is the hot breakfast which was great. We traveled as a family of 5 and enjoyed it tremendously.The internet is not free however if you have at@t on your smart phone you get it for free as well, but only on the that device. I could not connect my laptop to the internet as I am not tech savvy.Our room had one king bed and a sofa bed. The king bed was great, but the sofa bed was terrible.The bathroom was small but fitted our needs. The room also featured a hidden microwave oven below the the kitchen sink which was adequate.The room was little noisy from the heating and cooling system, and was very humid as well.The hotel features 5 elevators 2 of which don't work (the two in the front) which is a pain when checking in or out. Extend cocktail hour

I basically said it all but I was very unhappy with the room..it was stale smelling..the bathtub was so close to the toilet u couldn't turn inside..kids where running around playing on the elevators..I never get my free breakfast Im promised
