The staff was very friendly, and the amenities were great! They allowed us an early check-in which was so great after flying all night. They helped us find things to do in the area, and they made friendly conversation. The restaurant service was fantastic. The problem with this hotel is their phone etiquette and efficiency. It seemed that once you were in the hotel they were superstars, but if you weren't actually guests yet -- they were rude and unhelpful.After several phone calls, Priceline resending the information to the hotel, and Priceline having to contact them directly, I was given the information that the revenue manager was away and that no one was designated to book the reservations in her absence. Not a single other person in the building could authorize the rate or complete the reservation. I had to wait until the revenue manager came back to have my booking made. It is unbelievable that a hotel wouldn't designate someone to take care of bookings while one person was away. Once she returned, it took a couple phone calls and an email to reach the revenue manager. It was far too much work to make sure the hotel honored the reservations. I feel like all my effort should have been owned by them. I should not have had to figure out how to get them to get it done. Aside from that though -- everything else was fantastic. ...

I enjoy Embassy Suites...great hotel and you get a lot for your dollar. Parking, breakfast, drinks (for donation at "happy hour")Friday nite cheese/chips/veggies, etc.

It was our first time staying at an Embassy Suites and we loved it! The room was very nice. Clean and comfortable. I had the best sleep I had in a long time. The breakfast was really good. The only thing we didn't get to try was the Manager's Reception. Which is free drinks and appy's from 5:30PM-7:30PM I will look for an Embassy Suites on my next vacation destination. Completely satisfied. ...
