Great location awesome lobby free breakfast and managers reception
The room smelled gross. Either like stale cigarettes or just stale. It was so old looking. In bad need of renovation. The doorknobs were slightly sticky. All in all despite all the good (location, lobby , etc). I could not wait to leave. Not relaxing

Great location great lobby loved free breakfast but in very bad need of a renovation. Very bad need. Don't know if ill go back

There are so many positives to the Embassy Suites, but this one has such a unique location . . . so close to great restaurants, downtown, Georgetown, etc. Plus the manager's happy hour can't be missed !
I realize how dear real estate must be in any city, but it's still always a bit of a shock to have the extra $ 40/night added for parking on site.

The minute we walked in (4:30 pm) both the bellman and the front desk clerk were suggesting their own favorite dining spots within walking distance ! The entire staff was top notch. It's hard to stay in any other type hotel after you've experienced the bargain price of a suite at the Embassy. And at first glance, you wouldn't think you're even in DC as you only had to walk a block or two north to run into very nice residential areas, yet a block the other direction and you had every style of restaurant you could ever ask for. ...read more

Very clean, spacious rooms. Excellent complimentary breakfast including a choice of cook-to-order breakfast if you wanted it.

This was an exceptional hotel for the price just a few blocks from dupont circle. Room was very clean and spacious. The manager's reception from 5:30 to 7:30pm each night included complimentary beer, wine, and cocktails (well liquor). Staff was outstanding and very helpful when needed. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

The staff was extremely friendly and the free breakfasts and happy hour was outstanding! We will definitely stay here again when we come to DC next time. The location was also very good. We were close enough to walk to wherever we wanted to go! Excelle
Nothing.

We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers and we were very comfortable in the room. Like I said earlier, the food and refreshments were excellent! I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Managers reception was great....open bar and snacks for free!
restaraunt was not the best

Went for bachelor's party with friends. Met expectations and much more. No incidental fees, which I was worried about.

Spacious enough, great complimentary breakfast and provided laundry area.
It's about a 15 minutes walk to the nearest metro station.

Great place to stay when traveling with family.
