The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Even asked if there was anything they could help us with.

We really liked this hotel and was the first time we have stayed here. The happy hour and breakfasts were a great plus for us. I hope you assign this hotel in the future as it is very close to our son's home and we didn't have to do much driving.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Great breakfast, good open public lobby area, plenty of parking.
We got there a little early around 4:00 and the room was not ready but that was a minor invonvenience since everything else about the hotel was so great.

Very nice. Loved the food and the location.
The comforter had an aweful odor to it. I assume this was a localized problem to only my room but it was bad. I put it in the closet and it still had the room smelling dreadful. Other than that, I had no other complaints.

The suite was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the freshness and options available at our complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff was great!
We really enjoyed our stay.

We really liked the location of the hotel...very close to everything, but not in the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed the "restaurant buffet style" breakfast, which was also very tasty. The complimentary parking was also a plus. The suite was spacious and very comfortable. When we reached the hotel, we immediately took the advantage of extending our stay through Priceline but it only allowed us to extend it for one night. We were hoping for two. my husband and I really love to stay at this hotel. i'd used to lived in this areas, and the hotel wasn't here then. i'm very surprised the great service and the complimentary breakfast was awesome. i hope to stay longer at the same location for the great price again on our next visit.

Always such a good option for a family.
Didn't realize that would only have shower and not bath tub, probably an oversight on my part.

Embassy Suites is always the same. Clean, dependable and good food. I love breakfast and a free USA today.

Free parking and breakfast and all staff.
They did not have a TV program guide forcing us to waste time searching.

Everything considered the customer service was very very good. The free breakfast, free parking and free and free early evening bar made this an exceptional value that will be extremely difficult to beat.

Great location from downtown and galleria area, and easy to get in and out.
Need more towels in the room.

Great for family and friends, very friendly staff and rooms are very clean. Parking garage well lit up easy to get from and to. The free breakfast in the morning is great, well look after for freshness and quality and tables are always cleaned fro the next quest to use. The whole kitchen staff is great they all work together for the common goal and always happy and friendly. When you walk through the doors to check in, you are greeted by a happy, friend staff member to direct you to the check-in counter where you will be greeted by another smiling, happy, helpful person. The area was on the outskirts of Houston.
