The pool was small so if that's important to you think twice.

The staff was fabulous! After priceline entirely messed up our reservation (wrong dates, wrong contact details) and the hotel was fully booked upon our arrival, they upgraded us at no cost to an available suite!

The breakfast staff was fantastic.
It would be nice if there were more than 3 towels in a room.
We actually stayed at this hotel twice, with different styles of rooms each time. I think I liked the non-standard one better. Instead of the usual layout of an Embassy Suites, this one had two doors connecting to the bathroom. Very helpful with small children in bed, and big kids and grownups sitting up for awhile. Ruth Chris handles the room service for this hotel. Huge portions and room service was actually far cheaper than had we eaten in the restaurant downstairs. ...

Breakfast and staff were excellent!
All rooms are pet-friendly so if you have allergies to pets, don't stay here. After six room tries we found one that was almost tolerable.
Overall good experience with the breakfast and afternoon drinks being the high points and pet smells and no free Internet being the low spots.
