Too cold outside to use the pool, but water was very warm. It is a very narrow pool.

Solo Traveler
This hotel is ideally located near the Forum, the cruise terminal, and several bars and restaurants. In addition to the nearby night life, you can walk along the waterfront for miles. There is a Publix supermarket about 5 minutes walk, and a Walgreens within 10 minutes walk.

Family Traveling with Young Children
We enjoyed our stay. The Starbucks in the lobby was an added plus that we were not expecting. Staff was courtesous and attentive, shuttle service (BlueOne) to port facility was easy to book, breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Very welcoming, great value, high parking charge ($20 daily with unlimited in & out privileges) partially offset by an excellent free breakfast. Microwave, coffee maker and small refrigerator in the room is always a nice touch. Having ice makers only on every other floor is a loser. We were on the 10th, I had to walk up to the 11th, but that one was broken. Therefore I had to walk up to the 13th to get ice. The next time I knew to go down from the 10th to the 9th but an up-scale hotel should have ice on every floor. Highly recommend this hotel, I would positively stay here again without hesitation.

Business Traveler
Hotel is located right downtown and is convenient to the convention center. Hotel has mandatory valet parking and charges $20 for this. Other than that, it is similar to most other Embassy Suites, I have stayed at in the past. The breakfast was great, happy hour was great, and everyone was very nice. I had a leaky toilet which kept running every five minutes and the repair guy fixed it quickly and politely. ...
