The privacy of the room and the quiet.
The service was really subpar for a Four Seasons. When you asked for something you did not get it without calling back several times.

This hotel is located at a very remote location and is approximately 10 miles from the city of Santa Fe. The grounds are not very attractive and the rooms are plain concrete floors. The staff is terrible and could care less about service.

Well sized rooms, w/a table for two so we could both set up computers, two lounge chairs to sit by the fireplace, w/a table between, generous closet and coffee bar area w/refrigerator & plates was great. Materials are luxe, zen, yet natural to suit area
We love this resort and were familiar with it before booking. You MUST watchbthensunset from the bar.

Don't miss the spa area with its outdoor whirlpool, steam room and warming room with fireplace. Fitness room equipment is excellent. I love the decor in the bar and dining room which combines leather, wood, concrete, clear glass, orchids. It suits Santa Fe area without the Santa Fe cliche.
