Entrada Resort Motel

There are so many cons about the hotel, I am a travel agent so I look at all aspects of the hotel. When we got to the hotel the front desk person ignored us, didn't even great us. I had asked for a king room, they do not have king rooms we received one with a double bed. The room smelled, they didnt come in to clean it every day, they would just make the bed and give us clean towels. The floor by the end of our stay made our feet black. I was told that there was wifi in all aspects of the hotel, every room. You could only get it when you were out side by the pool. The hotel had a metal gate around it, because it wasn't in the best location. Why book online, when the price is the same and you can see the rooms if you walk in... don't bother really... was a very mediocre experience.

The clerk did not understand my reservation, tried to give me a room for less. He let me see three different vacant rooms, which were all in the same condition. Because of my situation
I just accept the room. My wife clean the room herself and we went to the store and purchase new linen and towels. The clerk came to the room to clean with glass cleaner, he said it's the best cleaner, unbelievable! ...read more
