he lovely, spacious rooms and the availability of bicycles.
I could not speak French.
Lovely setting with nice trails for hiking and lake for water sports.

Some IT System had cancelled my reservation but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us at the rate nagotiated even if the hotel was full.
Not pet friendly. Quebec is not pet friendly as a rule.
Premium location, beautifully and efficiently appointed rooms, ours had a kitchenette, wall bed and hot tub on the patio. The service was excellent, and the food in the 3 restaurants is first class. We are foodies and had the most memorable gourmet five course meal, complete with wine pairings, at a table overlooking the lake at sunset. The lake is clean and great for swimming. We had a wonderful and romantic weekend. ...

Room and staff was extraordinary.
Issue with the plumbing in the hallway made the stay a hair short of perfect!
Great place to stay.
