Hotel Guest Reviews of the Executive Inn

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Location is excellent for what I needed.
Smoking rooms were down the hall and the hotel smelledt. like smoke even though my room did not.

People down the hall were loud. Very noisy hallways.

Location of motel was the only advantage.
Breakfast which is clearly stated 6:30-10 am didnt happen at all 2 days in a row! In fact at 7:15 am I woke the owner up and he met me disheveled just out of bed and said he didnt bother. Really??? There was a used plastic cup there when we got there.

Dont depend on the continental breakfast as the owner didnt want to be bothered. Room was not clean.

Everything that was suppose to be in the room wasnt. There was a smell that I can't place and I had some sort of respitory reaction that lasted a couple days & there was a taste in my mouth for a couple days. My stomach & chest felt like they were burning

I paid for 2 nights but only stayed one night... The manager was a jerk and didn't care about any of our issues or sickness from staying at his place... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I probably should of gone to the hospital because I couldn't breath well for about 2 days. The only reason we stayed the one night was because it was late... If I had it to do all over again I wouldn't of stayed. The smell was so bad I had to buy trash bags to put everything in to keep the car from smelling then I had to go buy a couple outfits & put up with people looking at me because the smell from this hotel was so BAD!! I would suggest that Priceline would take this hotel off their list!! ...read more

Staff was not friendly!

A good cheap place to stay but I wouldn't stay there again. The staff was not friendly and you could hear other people through the walls.

Nothing - I will never stay there again.
Front desk clerk/owner was horrible, lied to me about the room, tried to get me not to use American express.

Not a good place to stay.

The manager is one of the rudest people I have ever come across.

The manager is extremely rude. The indoor swimming pool was freezing cold and at night it does not have lights to light up the room. The outdoor pool is nice enough and has cute fountains that used to work, but either no longer do or the manager is too cheap to turn them on. My dad had to change his own light bulb in his restroom while we were there. The hotel used to be nice, but the rooms are getting run down and management has completely gone down hill. ...read more
