Hotel Guest Reviews of the Express By Holiday Inn London-Limehouse

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Please get back to me as soon as possible as I had the wrong reservation. My stay is starting in June 8, checking out on the 11th not from May 8th - May 11th. Please let me know what you can do to help me. Many thanks in advance, Marc Samson.

ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND ADEQUATE. PRICE WAS EXCELLENT. LOCATION IS ONLY 2 TRAIN STOPS AWAY FROM TOWER OF LONDON. OUR ROOM WAS QUIET AND WE WERE ABLE TO CONTROL ROOM TEMP. STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONAL. BREAKFAST FOOD WAS DECENT
IT IS IN AN INDUSTRIAL AREA. THERE IS A CEMENT FACTORY RIGHT NEXT DOOR. WE HAD 2 SINGLE BEDS AND WANTED A QUEEN OR KING....ONLY DOUBLE AVAILABLE..THAT WAS TOO SMALL. WE STUCK WITH THE SINGLE BEDS.

IF YOU LIKE CLEAN LODGINGS, EXCELLENT PRICING, FRIENDLY STAFF AND A PLACE THAT IS ONLY 2 STATION STOPS AWAY FROM THE LONDON BRIDGE...THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. THE FULL BREAKFAST WAS DECENT. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN AND ADEQUATE. THERE IS A CEMENT FACTORY NEXT DOOR, BUT WE WERE NOT AFFECTED BY IT AT ALL. YES, WE COULD HAVE STAYED IN CENTRAL LONDON AND PAID FOR BREAKFAST AND IT WOULD HAVE COST US HUNDREDS MORE DOLLARS. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN. YOU CAN STROLL ALONG THE THAMES AND HAVE YOUR PICK OF RESTAURANTS JUST A FEW BLOCKS AWAY ON THE NARROWS STREET. ...read more

The staff were very helpful especially when I had some problems with the Internet connection. The breakfast was really first-class.
Internet connection was a bit difficult at times.

It is a good hotel to stay in and close to the Limehouse station.

Breakfast was good, close to DLR, hotel was clean.
My room was a bit on the cool side with no way to individually adjust the room temperature.

I was quite happy. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Good breakfast included in the rate. Not too far from the Docklands Light Rail (DLR). Staff were always helpful.Neighborhood is a bit run down and industrial. Not very many nearby restaurant options but the hotel staff will order delivery for you.

Price was great. Room was very efficient. Location was not too bad.
Very few restaurants nearby.

Hotel is neat and tidy which is always a plus. Location is not great but not bad considering much costlier hotels closer to the center of London. Restaurants nearby are scarce and of average quality. However, you need to try the Prospect of Whidby pub which is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Coffee machine at breakfast
No solid soap in the bathroom, no shower cap, no hair conditioner or lotion, no iron in room. Very difficult to find if arriving by the tube.

Cosy bar. Next to the center, however difficult to find for the first time if arriving on the tube. Polite staff. No toiletries except a shower gel in the bathroom.

Regular US sized rooms
Contruction. Location is in area of town that is somewhat run down.

Good place to stay. Location to tube good but remember to card in at Limehouse station (metro card readers are not obvious).

Close to DLR, complementary breakfast.
Location, it's in a sketchy area.

Very clean and friendly staff. I did not expect the complementary breakfast so that was a nice surprise!
