The staff was very helpful and friendly.
I missed breakfast because there wasn't anything saying when it ended (which was 9:30)
This hotel was very accomodating and comfortable for the price. The coffee in the room was not very good, but I did enjoy the kitchenette. The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

A very good location
Tha it was an extended stay. about every critique on them is poor. Thought it was going to be Holiday Inn chain.
The room directly across from the room I was given had a sign next to it that said trash. It was the trash room. The room next to it was for the maids. The sign trash about says it all regarding my stay.

There are kitchenettes in every room.
There were lots of hidden charges. You had to pay extra for a pot of coffee every morning.
If you are booking through this site, please note that you will only receive a room with one double bed (the paperwork says it's a queen, but most certainly is not) no matter how many people you tell them that you need to book a room for. It was about twenty dollars more per night for the extra bed in the room, so I paid the same price that I paid on another similar deal site for the Hilton. ...

They charge $25 per night per pet and attempt to justify it as a cleaning fee even though they don't provide daily maid service.
The pet policy is a total rip off.

TV channels lack a science-documentary channel like AnimalPlanet, NationalGeographic, HistoryChannel, etc. I am fond of science (Physics, Technology, Psychology, Health, Biology, etc.) and there is no channel for me on the TV.
