Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - Boston - Westborough - Connector Road
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 29, 2013

I called the day I reserved the rooms about having the 2 booked rooms next or at least near each other. They were on the opposite ends of the 2nd floor. The front desk said they didn't have any other rooms because they were renovating the 3rd floor (yet when we called 3 weeks before, we were practically guaranteed that our rooms would at least be close). Once in the rooms we found out that the door to the bathroom did not close. The lock was fine; the actual door did not stay closed though. Then the switch in the shower between the shower head and the faucet did not switch, it stayed only on shower. The bed made an extremely loud screechy noise. In the second room we figured out it was an older room than the 1st one by an old kind of odor from the carpet. The bathroom had standing water all around the toilet as well as hair scattered about. I called down to the front desk about this and was told to ¿just throw some towels on the floor¿. After complaining, reluctantly the front desk lady came up and said that we need to give her a break because she is the only one in the whole hotel on staff (what kind of place has one person for a whole hotel on a Friday night?!?!). The next morning we also found out that the iron in one of the rooms was also broken. We called the day staff to inform them of the previously said issues. We were told that maintenance would check it out. No one stopped by and no one gave us any kind of update. The parking lot, outside of the hotel and lobby looked and felt great. Staff and actual hotel rooms, were very sub-par. I’m not planning on staying there ever again and I do visit that part of Massachusetts often enough and will definitely not recommend this place to anyone either.
Sincerely,
Disgruntled guests.

location was good. The Picadelly Restaurant ajacent to hotel was closed.Unfortunate as it would have been so convenient to order a few take out meals. The beds were comfortable, shower had great pressure. The room could have been cleaner.

Our door was left open WITH OUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS INSIDE for who know's how long - maintenance went there to repair our shower/tub fixture while we were gone from the hotel; they had all day to do it. When we returned around 9pm that evening we arrived to the door open with NO ONE around & nothing fixed. We closed the door & went to the front desk to report it and when we returned back to the room; our keycard didn't work; so we went back to the front desk where they re-activated it. The staff seemed unfazed by the ordeal. Maintenance came back in the morning "while we were in the room" to make the fix. Their lack of respect for our personal belongings & personal space & time is unacceptable. ...
