N/A. The staffperson on duty was professional and extremely helpful. She made sure other arrangements were made and accommodations at the other end were fantastic. Two sites were involved, they worked as a team!!

Helpful and courteous staff.
Garbage and dirty towels were not removed from the room. There was a bad odor upon entrance thru the back door on two separate days. Standard television channels either not available or not working.
Bring your own towels, dish washing liquid and hangers. Mall, restaurants, department and grocery stores are in close in proximity to the hotel.

The price was right (actually considering it was torn appart for rehab, the price was high)
The hotel was having construction work done. I should have been told this up front, i would have stayed somewhere else.It was not what I expect from a extended stay hotel. Just because you put in a kitchenete doesent make it a sweet
I was very disappointed. I have stayed at ESA's before and enjoyed the room amenities like the work space, Sofa, armchair and ottoman, the feel of an appartment. This room was just a typical room with a small kitchenett. the bathroom had two tiny bars of soap and thats it. Im used to getting quite a bit more at these hotels. It was a big disappointment and I likely won't be going back. I felt lied to. ...

Nobody manning front desk if I had and emergency after midnight. I called desk at 06:00 no answer.

The staff at front desk was very attentive, and they try to make sure you are comfortable and all your needs are met to the best of their ability.
