Good location to interstate hotel staff friendly but not willing to help with issues

I would recommend several other hotels over this one. Really nothing impressive and at best average to below average hotel.

Obviously used Priceline to save some money on an overnight stay. The hotel was ok. It had a kitchenette in the room which we did not use, but would have it we had stayed longer. It was close to the freeway, but in a busines area. There was not really anything around except a Speedway that closed at 10. You had to go back on the freeway to find places to eat or shop. More suitable for longer stay business traveler, but since we know the area it was ok for a short stay. The hotel was located in a great neighborhood, not too far of a drive from downtown Cincinnati and attractions. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the man who checked us in, who was very welcoming, and went out of his way to help us find the best places to eat and giving directions, etc. The bed was comfortable, the linens were clean and fresh and the kitchenette came in handy. Great value for what we paid. There were only a couple of cons. There was a bad smell in the hallway, I think from the "trash room" they provide for long term guests. You don't smell it once you're in your room though. I'd suggest requesting a room where you didn't have to walk past it. The wood floors in the kitchenette and bathroom also could've used a cleaning. overall satisfactory facility. clean room no frills

This is good hotel, value for money and location is very good, all things are near by (food, offices, mall etc). Staff is also very helpful.

It met my needs for the weekend. Inexpensive. Hallways smelled like food. Could use a little updating in carpet, bathrooms & kitchens.
