Location it was about 3 miles from the job. It was a nice place.
I asked for an up grade to two beds the guy had a very hard time with that finally gave me a 2 bed room but, said we could only have it for 2 nights the next morning when I went to change rooms there was a lady at the desk and she said, I don't see why.

Quite, comfortable clean near restaurants and groceries.

The was fine for our needs. It was comfortable, had enough room to move around and store our bags. The kitchenette provided allowed us to bring our own cappuccino machine.
The mattress curled when we laid on it. The breakfast was meager-it was advertised as a take a go-packaged muffins, etc

The room is clean and comfortable, staff was pleasant, good location, nice pillows but the mattress was light weight.

I liked that the staff was very friendly. The rooms were quiet. The hotel was clean. The appliances were all in good working order.
No I enjoyed my stay very much. Good location.

Great location to get downtown. The local shopping and food was more than anyone could wish for. An outdoor pool would be nice. My overall stay was great.

great location in Westlake, OH near I-90 to go to downtown Cleveland or go to west suburb and Toledo. Near stores, shopping center, entertainment. There is no daily room cleaning service, but you can get clean towel and other supplies from the staff. A good concept, I believe, saving them and you some money.

The room was nice. Got a movie and couldn't get the player to work. Staff not timely to check, so we cancelled. Continental breakfast was sparse. Liked the location.

Good location. Near shopping & restaurants. Got to utilize the exercise room.

There was a bad odor in the room. I think it was due to cooking odors given that there was a full kitchen in the room.

The room had a fully stocked kitchen. They do provide coffee and a items for breakfast. Wifi was free.
Since it is a extended stay type of hotel, the staff isn't really around to help like a normal hotel. I didn't have much of a problem.

This is an extended stay type hotel that is great if you need a fully stocked kitchen. There are not a lot of amenities and it can often smell like the dinner someone is cooking next door but it was perfect for my needs over 2 days. The staff really isn't around much or you don't see them much but I didn't have any major needs while I stayed. I only paid $35 a night after they accepted my bid so I was very happy.
