The staff was always friendly and very helpful.

We stayed at this Hotel for 5 nights, and asked that the room be cleaned every couple of days, but they did not clean it a single time.

My over all experience was good and bad. We were on the second floor and above us, were very loud people, they stomped and banged all hours of the night. We asked to be moved and the staff was very helpful in finding us a room where we would be happy and able to sleep.

Love the location, price, the room decor and overall comfort of the room.

Nothing really, just wish
I didn't pack so much because
I had to make several trips and
I couldn't find a bellhop cart to take it all up to the 3rd floor.

love this place! the staff is nice and i never have to wait for a room even when i book the day of.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The kitchen area needed a little maintenance and the bathroom door did not latch.

All in all we were pleased with this hotel, it did everything we expected. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

Wireless didn't work. Bed was smaller than advertised..

The room was ready and most things were reasonably clean and worked. However, bed was smaller than advertised and the wireless we paid extra for didn't work.

Location, accommodate changes in party size easily.

Security not very observant.

The star rating on this hotel should be raised 1 or 2. The security guard was not very observant it seemed though. When we suddenly needed space for 1 more person (my daughter) they changed our room to 1 with 2 beds without any difficulty or extra charge. Staff was friendly & helpful.
