The staff, the location, and price were great!
We were not familiar with this hotel chain and did not realize that there is not daily housekeeping services. It did not make a difference to us in the least but may bother some clients.

This is basic hotel accommodations (certainly not luxury) but is an EXCELLENT value for the dollar. We were comfortable, close to shopping, restaurants, the airport, the cruise port, rooms were clean, and staff were pleasant & helpful. Perfect for our value conscious vacation! There isn't daily housekeeping and if this is important to you, this may not be the place for you. Location very near from the airport and the cruise port.
Breakfast ends at 9h30 and very poor small muffin and coffee, but you can find a Starbuck coffee just in front of the hotel.

Staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early after deporting from our cruise. Very close to the port. Restaurants were in walking distance.
They did not have a wake up service??? Have never heard of that! Our flight left too early for them to transport us to the airport, so had to hire a cab.

Able to do laundry on-site,able to walk to restaurants and some shopping, also a beach trolly circles. Very clean and felt very safe!

The location was perfect to end my cruise at. Plenty of options to dine at all within walking distance.
The only reason I gave a 9 out of 10 for the room was that the bed was a little too hard.

Awesome staff, very accommodating of my kids, gave them scissors, paper and pens to color. Extra pillows, blankets, etc provided super quick. Even though Priceline doesn't reserve room types, they did their best to give me the room I wanted.
Nothing I didn't like, this was a super deal!

Better than Hampton, Hilton, etc...This is a deal plus you get your own kitchen, covered parking, free wifi, breakfast and friendly staff. Great location too right in the middle of everything. I could get to the beach or 95 in 5 minutes. Walking distance to Publix, starbucks, panera, carrabas, sports bar, etc. My husband used to be the Chief Engineer for Hilton, Hampton and Doubletree and this hotel was cleaner and more updated. The location was within walking distance from many resturants and shops. The staff was helpful.
The fire alarm went off atleast 60 times over a period of 3 days.

You can definietly save money with the full kitchen.

Location was great...It was real close to good shopping and restaurants.
Hotel room was dirty, the only gave us one bed when two was requested. The air mattress they gave me clasped on my 5 times during the night. They had no spares, I ended up leaving the hotel early because the accomadations were terrible..

Very nice front desk. Let us check in early after cruise and arranged for taxi to pick us up early the next day.
I booked this hotel with the understanding that there was a free shuttle to the airport. There was no mention that it didn't run til 7:30 so we had to pay for a taxi. Also the grab and go breakfast was not available early. And nobody at desk for checkout.

It was a good basic hotel. Location was ok on busy street. If you are planning on a more tourist oriented area you may want to stay near beach. Front desk was very nice, but is not manned 24 hours. Shuttle didn't run to airport til 7:30am and did not pick up at cruise port, so we had to add cost of taxi to our stay. Grab and go breakfast doesn't start til 6:30 so is not available if you need to leave early.
