Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Fort Lauderdale-Cypress Creek-Park North

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

The pricing was accurate for the location. The odor in the room was so fowl, yuck. To late to change plans. Would have just void the Priceline request and suffer the cost at another hotel.
The odor was so unbearable, but there was no choice but to suffer, and keep the windows open all night. There was really no one to complain to at 11pm, since the counter was closed when we arrived. Had to ring the front door for service, a bit disappoint

1 star at the best or rid this property all together.

The price.
The room I was suppose to go in they could get into so they put me in a smoking room and they couldn't change the room, due to no availability.

This hotel has nothing around it. You would need to go to main road for everything. NOt family friendly..only one bed in each room.

The desk clerk was polite. Alltho he could not fix my issue, no fault of his.
I recieved a smoking room. It was Bad, Really Bad. The desk clerk said they were booked and could not give me another room. My mistake. After I made my reservation thrugh Price Line I should have contacted the hotel.

See above.

Location
No housekeeping had to pay extra to get room cleaned. Also continental breakfast was a joke.

Would not recommend to fellow travelers.

The staff was very nice
My room was dirty there was urine on the toilet seat and the door was falling off from the bathroom sink cabinet. The furniture had stains on it and there was bugs running around .we got a new room but still not the best

I would not stay again at any price. The counter staff are nice and friendly

Great room, staff, and location. Really close to everything, and the casino was a plus!
The frame of the bed had three pieces of metal sticking out that I continued to strike my leg on. Very dangerous.

Overall, this is a great hotel. Great location, great amenities, and great staff.

I liked the set up of the room. Small kitchen with table and chairs, nice sofa chair and t.v.
Went cheap on everything. AC didnt work. Small toilet. Bathroom floor had wood panel board just layed over floor. Toilet not secured very well. Bed very uncomfortable.

Location best part of the hotel along with the kitchen. Nice pool area. Room itself left much to be desired!

It was a great stay. We did not receive room service due to us staying their for a week, but I was told upon arrival. All in all very good experience!

Extended Stay's are great it saves you money in every aspect. The room had a small stove, refrigerator and dishes and pans for you to be able to cook.

Hotel was fairly priced.
Didn't like the animal and human hairs on the blanket not the filthy carpets. didn't like the smoking room they put me in at first. i had to strongly protest. they took hours to change me to a nonsmoking room.

I liked the space. hated the carpets, dirty blankets, inadequate staff. Breakfast was minimal and was only enough for a few. migh consider if room was properly cleaned.cleaned
