Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Fort Lauderdale-Cypress Creek-Park North

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

this hotel should be the worst ever. i waited over 30 min to check in. the reception people were sleeping inside another room. when she came out and check me in, she looked sleepy and angry. it was just 11 o'clock! and the room smells really bad!

The desk clerk was polite. Alltho he could not fix my issue, no fault of his.
I recieved a smoking room. It was Bad, Really Bad. The desk clerk said they were booked and could not give me another room. My mistake. After I made my reservation thrugh Price Line I should have contacted the hotel.

See above.

Great room, staff, and location. Really close to everything, and the casino was a plus!
The frame of the bed had three pieces of metal sticking out that I continued to strike my leg on. Very dangerous.

Overall, this is a great hotel. Great location, great amenities, and great staff.

Hotel was fairly priced.
Didn't like the animal and human hairs on the blanket not the filthy carpets. didn't like the smoking room they put me in at first. i had to strongly protest. they took hours to change me to a nonsmoking room.

I liked the space. hated the carpets, dirty blankets, inadequate staff. Breakfast was minimal and was only enough for a few. migh consider if room was properly cleaned.cleaned

There was sugar/creamer in the room for a cup of tea when I got there as I travel with my own tea bags. There was hot water in shower. And breakfast was adequate.
Blow dryer not working, air freshner was overpowering to cover up dirty smell. Furniture was dirty, bed wasn't made. Didn't want to touch anything in room because it wasn't clean.

Location was convenient for me. Free Wi-Fi and in-room kitchenette were good.
"Grab & Go" breakfast was disappointing. Although my reservation was for 7 nights (the minimum for a free housekeeping visit), I did not get a housekeeping visit.

A great staff and a very quiet hotel at night allowing a great night's sleep.

A great staff. After driving through the night, I arrived early. Instead of the "wait until 3:00" that many hotels automatically say, even high-end hotels who are empty the night before, they made a room ready for me immediately. Also, for being in such a busy and urban area of town, this was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in, at any price-point. I was there for 5 nights and the hotel was consistently quiet at night. ...read more

the rooms were nice for a 2 star
location is far from anything and pool was closed my entire stay

The location is far from anything and the pool was closed my entire stay. The rooms were pretty nice for a 2 star and staff was friendly. There is sort of an Indian food smell for some reason in the hall.
