Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Fort Lauderdale-Cypress Creek-Park North
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.April 25, 2013

this hotel should be the worst ever. i waited over 30 min to check in. the reception people were sleeping inside another room. when she came out and check me in, she looked sleepy and angry. it's like i've done something wrong to her. it was just 11 o'clock! and the room smells really bad!

I liked the space. hated the carpets, dirty blankets, inadequate staff. Breakfast was minimal and was only enough for a few. migh consider if room was properly cleaned.cleaned

A great staff. After driving through the night, I arrived early. Instead of the "wait until 3:00" that many hotels automatically say, even high-end hotels who are empty the night before, they made a room ready for me immediately. Also, for being in such a busy and urban area of town, this was one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in, at any price-point. I was there for 5 nights and the hotel was consistently quiet at night. ...

The location is far from anything and the pool was closed my entire stay. The rooms were pretty nice for a 2 star and staff was friendly. There is sort of an Indian food smell for some reason in the hall.
