Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Fort Worth - City View

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Nothing.
Dirty, not maintained, was a 1 star at best, Not a pleasant stay at all.

Old, room was not well maintained, they had painted the Formica counter top on my kitchen area, it was just a nasty room.

Kitchenette facility.
Poor quality, unfriendly staff, no pool, unclean rooms, uncomfortable beds.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The whole experience was one of the worst. This hotel would be equivalent to what I would call a half-way house. A very poor facility. The hallway stank. The bed was so uncomfortable and didn't look clean that my son and I slept on top of the cover. The staff attendant who checked us in was extremely unfriendly.

I
was very disappointed.
It was nasty.

I would not recommend it to anyone. The room was not cleaned, bathroom was dirty. I was very upset at the fact that there was no housekeeping.

It's location and the kitchenette.
The economy beds are not the most comfortable I have slept in. Travelers want security, clean and comfortable, in that order.

A great place to stay if you're in town working for a while despite the lack of a free breakfast.

It had a great kitchenette, refrigerator.
The bed was hard and I woke up in pain several times. It was not at all restful because of that, so I would not return to this motel.

Room was great, just did not like having a handicap bathroom when i am not handicapped myself.

I enjoyed my stay there and appreciated the friendly staff at check out. They did not harass me about leaving promptly at check out and made my stay wonderful.

The price and location - kitchenette was nice and bathroom was big.
Small bed - not for children - needs updated.

For the price and the limited use of the room - the hotel was adequate and was what we expected. They have only renovated the 1st floor - our room was on the 3rd. The outside looked really nice with nicely manicured lawns and landscaping. Overall, a good place to stay - no major complaints. Bed was small - no king beds. Has 2 burner stove, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker and a full size refrigerator. ...read more

Conveniently close to interstage and other accommodations!
The carpet in the room was stained big time, but seemed clean!

Nice & helpful employees, fairly clean, well worth the stay!

Did not like this hotel at all very dirty.
Room was a non-smoking room, but was covered with smoke, very dirty room, ran my finger on fridge and thick line of dirt came off.

I
will not stay at this hotel again as for star rating it is a minus 1 in my book
I stay at a lot of hotels and this has been the dirtiest one so far.

Location.
Met all my needs.

Good location, good restaurants and shopping some construction on roads.
I would not stay here if my wife was with me, but not too bad.
