Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - Houston - Katy Frwy - Beltway 8
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. I WOULD NEVER BOOK WITH PRICELINE EVER AGAIN I PLAN TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW WHO TRAVELS NEVER TO BOOK WITH PRICELINE. I BOOKED FOR 6 DAYS AND HAD TO LEAVE EARLY ON AN EMERGENCY AND MY PREPAID MONEY WAS NON-REFUNDABLE. THIS REALLY PUT A HARDSHIP ON ME FINANCIALLY BECAUSE I HAD A DEATH IN MY FAMILY. YOUR POLICIES NEED TO BE MODIFIED.

The hotel room is beautiful and an excellent price. I occasionally book a room Just to get away at times. The staff is pleasant. It's right of I-10 so everything is around you. It's Just so great. I can't express it any other way.

I wish I could extend my stay. I extended my stay once I would enjoy if I could extend my stay at the same rate for longer.

Given the lateness of the hour and the price that was paid. The comfortable bed and TV did well to allow for 6-7 hours of rest. The bathtub/shower was very rusty/stained and the dining table and counter tops were quite sticky. The bed was made well and had ample pillows. The AC did allow the room to be very cool without cycling often.

the hotel is rather small but is in a great location. im sure it will be a great place to stay when they get through with remodeling it. i cant recommend it now. the workers start at 8 a.m. and dont quit until 10:30 pm. sounds like there is a bowling alley upstairs.
