Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Houston - Stafford
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.October 30, 2012

If you are a business traveler who requires a functional hotel for a few days, this is a great choice. Near good dining and fast food restaurants, WalMart and Sam's a short walk or drive.

Very friendly staff that was helpful. It came with a full kitchen which makes the trip much more cost efficient.

We had to stay for 21 days and it appears that all the guests must live there because we saw the same people every day. If you like dog crap all over the grounds and being kept up every night while the guests partied and yelled in the pool area every night this place is perfect. The police were at the hotel almost every night because the guests were so rowdy. This place was like watching the TV show cops, every night there were drunks yelling and fighting. Absolutely the worst place I have ever stayed.

it is unworthy of priceline quality/ standards. Management is rude and and so are some of the employee's!! I was humiliated by this stay! And I am just getting started!! I think priceline should not do business with this hotel. The unwillingness of management to solve the guest problems, and put their experience, pleasant experience above all, is shameful! I felt like whatever they wanted, went! ...
