Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Las Vegas - Valley View

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Great rooms! There's a mini kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. The grab and go breakfast is a good plus!
There were 2 cockroaches in our room. Also, we came in tired and really early from a red eye flight hoping that we can possibly do an early check-in at 9am or even if we had to wait a couple more mins/hours. We ended up waiting until 3 pm to get a room.

Overall, other than the random roaches and it would've been also nice to accommodate us early (we were so tired and could really use a place to relax/nap), it was great and the staff were nice.

No maid services, if you don't stay 8 days you have to take and trade your towels and linens at the front desk???

Price was good but that's it. Staff helpful at putting out breakfast but nothing else

very helpful Staff. Definitely a viable alternative if you want to gamble at the Palms but not stay there.
I understand that it was an extended stay, but my hotel never got cleaned. I even ran out of towels

Walking distance to Palms. Not close to anything to eat.

The staff was very helpful and our hotel was very conveniently located to our convention location.
Priceline did not verify that there were king size beds available when we booked our room. Even though our receipt stated "king size bed" there had been only 2 rooms available (without) king beds when Priceline booked our room.

This room did not have a full breakfast as we expected, but coffee and packaged pastry was provided. Nice sized rooms. Staff very helpful and printed out a map to get to one of our destinations. We felt safe and places of interest such as the Palm & Rio casino's could be seen from our hotel.

The suite was large and the bed was comfy! Staff was very pleasant at all times.
No storage of luggage prior to check in. They just keep it behind the check in desk in public view. You have to sign a waiver acknowledging that they are leaving your stuff out due to lack of storage space for them. Perhaps they can build a shed.

SUPER easy to get to, across from the much more expensive Rio and Palms hotels so if you're attending a trade show (like I was), it's just an 8 minute walk from either hotel. Bed was comfy (king size!), the fridge was spotless, as was the room. I'd stay here again to save money and have lots of rooms!

The rooms were better & slightly larger than expected. The staff was great and treated us as guests whom they took care of at every reasonable level. The location was off the strip , offering a reprieve from traffic and pedestrian congestion.
