Room was quite nice. Amenities were more than I had expected. Nicely designed. You can watch the television from the shower. I never heard of this chain before, but I would recommend them to anyone.
The only thing I didn't like was the smell of cigaret smoke in the hallways. They should have an area reserved for non-smokers only.

The room was clean.it was close to the mall. The staff welcomed us. However the phone was on for calls when we got there. We were told local calls could be made.We made a couple of calls thatdid charge we went to pay the bill and paid the bill and Mohamad
phone deposit wasn't asked for at check in. Bill was paid then phone was turned off.

For the price my 14 day stay was great. However if deposit for the phone was required I wish I would have been told on day one not 10 days after using it. Then having it shut off after I paid the phone bill of 10 dollars. 3rd floor is smoking rooms not everyone was smoking cigarettes. Room service is once a week. You have to go downstairs for towels.'

The kitchen set up was very nice.
Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and very thin walls. I could hear every movement of my neighbors.

I would not stay there again unless I have a very thick mattress pad and ear plugs.

The location and the guest desk person. My favorite, because he is always nice even when guests are a handful, he will hold that hand and walk them through it lol. Very patient.
The toilet in our room this time wouldn't stop running but that was minor. There is always something minor with our room each time we stay like missing dishes, towels, pillows that we had etc. as long as they don't try and say we took them I have no issu

Nice clean and convenient to surrounding stores and business.
That the pool was small and away from the interior building.
