Extended Stay America Los Angeles - Simi Valley

So called breakfast wasn't much. Mostly gone by the time we got there.

Very close to freeway but no noise heard from it. Very clean and comfy rooms. Great staff. Easy parking. Showerheads were up high enough for my 6'2" husband. Good amount of seating and table space. Offered a "grab and go" breakfast, nothing hot or complicated. Overall, great hotel.

For a one night stopover, hard to beat for the price. Coffee was tasty in the morning to boot.

They tryd to charge me $10 for calling the front desk and a gift card

Left my ring in the room. they contacted me right away and said there mailing it to me!

It was still almost worth the price! Raise the bar a tiny bit, we are in Simi. I'm going to give it another chance someday. The location is good, safe, fwy access w/o the noise of traffic surprisingly. The room was decent, layout, choline scheme, only problem really the cleanliness and stench of smoke. The Extended Stay America Los Angeles-Simi Valley is what you would expect from any Extended Stay Hotel. We like that it has a full sized fridge, a two hub stove top and a microwave in every room. They almost always also come with a toaster a small coffee pot and dishes for two people. Don't expect too much from the 'breakfast' as it it 'grab and go' and consistes of apples, oranges, granola bars, pre-packaged muffins, coffee and packets of oatmeal. Also, the rooms are 'cleaned' once a week, but this is not a deep cleaning....more of a hit and miss, they will not clean the appliances,floors are often left unswept and unwashed. The do vaccuum the carpet, change the bed and 'clean' the bathroom. I usually just plan on doing my own cleaning, but they will still insist on coming in your room once a week to do their 'cleaning'. ...read more
