Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America Pittsburgh - Monroeville

Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.

Kitchen is good.
Single bed, not flexible for some senior couple to sleep seperately.

The full kitchen. Its great to be able to cook and store your own food. Cuts costs. This is a prime location. there are a lot of malls and restaurants walking distance from the hotel
I didn't like that it only gets cleaned once a week. If you run out of anything, you have to go down to the front desk to ask for it. That is just inconvenient.

This extended stay had a full size refrigerator and freezer, two-eye stove, sink, a small cooking set, and two-person dining set. There was a flat screen TV, a medium-sized desk with a rolly chair, a good additional table slightly larger than a card table with a rolly chair, and a recliner chair. The bathroom was pretty standard. There is a restaurant next door and a pizza place around the corner. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to visiting friends and family. The drive back into Pittsburgh is very quick (nix morning traffic). ...read more

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was very, very clean and a nice size for two people.
We really like everything!

Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was very nice and extremely helpful, the small breakfast in the morning was very nice, and the room was extremely clean. Could not ask for much more.

kitchen was very functional
room smelled of smoke even though it is a smoke free facility.

Room was very nice, bed comfortable, located near several gas stations and a local restaurant chain. Smell of smoke was evident in room. Staff was helpful on late check in. Would stay here again.

nice kitchen area in the room.
Smell of smoke in room

Arrived late and check in without difficulty. Smell of smoke in room (though building is smoke free) which I believer lingers from prior days when smoking was permitted. Would stay here again.

we were discriminated against. the hint given to me was that we were priceline customers.
they were discrimating and put us in a room with a single bed although i was with a wife and two kids. The impression given was that this is what we get for booking on priceline.

Just not enough facilities - Coffee maker with one coffee pouch, not tea bags...
