I really like the customer service of this hotel.
The mattress was very uncomfortable which made it hard to sleep at night.

Horrible. Terrible crime ridden area.

This hotel had 15 reported car break ins in 2011 and did not make any security changes. No soap or shampoo in room. Mouse pooh found in room and bed made my wife and I very itchy after sleeping in the bed. Situated right by the highway in an industrial area.

Only one handicap ramp entrance/exit.

There needs to be more than one way into and out of this building with wheelchairs, luggage carts, wheeled luggage, etc. I would never stay here again or suggest to others because I consider that very handicap unfriendly. It's just a ramp without a connecting step. It's not that hard.

The kitchen and the cooking utensils.
First room smelled like smoke, we had to switch it. No fan in the bathroom. Later check-out would be nice.

Good value, nice to have a kitchen with cookware and utensils, nice to have a full fridge, not a lot of channels to watch.
