Business Traveler
Though this is an "Extended Stay" hotel it was very comfortable for a short trip- even an over-night. The staff was all very nice and helpful, the room was clean, spacious and had an up-to-date TV with a decent channel selection. The hotel is in a convenient place, close to shopping and eating within 2 blocks. This hotel was surprisingly very quite for being near a highway/freeway and did not have the hidden "resort fees" even though it now gives free internet access to all guests! ...

Business Traveler
No frills. Old TV, no hairdryer, no shampoo, no conditioner. Not one I would recommend. Only upside was that it was close to some nice restaurants, and shopping (in case you forget your hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner).

The hotel looks okay from the outside but is horrible on the inside. It was really dirty! I expected to see needles under my bed! We had also paid for a king room but when we arrived we got a queen room.

Senior Travelers
Everything was fine, except for the absence of an ice machine, which was important for me to keep my drinks cold for my drive. The staff person I called, at 3:00 am, tried to be helpful, but did not know where or whether there was an ice machine.

The kitchenette was not clean at all - I had to clean everything with disinfecting wipes, even the fridge. Imagine the washroom.
