Friendly staff, clean.

I've stayed here several times. I've never encountered any of the issues some of the other reviewers listed. I've always had a pleasant stay. The place is clean, and everything works. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Big room & with nice kitchen I really like it.
There is no coffee or any kind of breakfast.

Overall every thing is good.

Spacious, cheap, and kitchenette.
Can't think of anything.

Pleasantly surprised.

That we only stayed one night.
It was infested with bugs and hair.

Never stay here under any circumstance. I would take my chances out on the streets before I stay here again. There were dead bugs and hair all over the sheets. The water smelled strongly of sewage. Absolutely disgusting.

Convenient to my dentist and the seminar I attended - no other property comes close for value & location!
People pounding on other doors in the middle of the night; I believe someone on my floor was smoking pot.

I travel fairly extensively for business, and this hotel was similar to a "Super 8", but with a nice kitchen. The room had everything one would need - not a lot of frills, but definitely very serviceable, internet rates reasonable. This property was clean and well maintained but there was not daily maid service - which wasn't a problem for me as the price and location more than made up for that. I'm happy! ...read more

The staff was friendly and helpful.
It was not described correctly and I was not pleased with the results. I will never stay there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms however were not as described and they had a really bad odor to them that never went away. The beds were like sleeping on rocks. We had problems with our toilet and I had to fix it.

Beautiful location, friendly staff, and amazing room.
Can be tricky to find.

The property was well maintained, lots of trees and great parking. Not one bad parking space at the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. It was comfortable, clean and I enjoyed my evening there.

Staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Location is good.
Extra charge for Internet. That's a whole chain thing, not this particular hotel.

I've stayed here a few times on the road. The staff is friendly and helpful, and it's in a good location for my business in the Salt Lake City area. Close to shopping and restaurants. Not far from the interstate. Good bang for the buck.

The kitchenette was very well equipped. Much more than expected.
The room lacked a hair dryer.

Perfectly sufficient for a good night's rest. Would be a great stay with kids due to being able to do all of our cooking in the room not requiring us to eat out constantly.

I really liked having the kitchen in our room, very helpful.
The air in the hotel (all over) was very musty and nasty.
