The guy who checked us in made several errors and wasn't very friendly. We had to deal with him several times over our stay.
We received no maid service. The guy at the front desk charged us $5 for a room service when we asked, but did not tell us that the service would happen the next day (our check-out date).

Shelley was awesome (front desk staff). She corrected all errors and provided excellent customer service. The rest of the staff were rude and didn't seem to enjoy serving the public. Our room was kind of gross, and we had to ask for cleaning supplies (we had to clean and vacuum our own room). Shelley was not working when we checked in. There were a lot of problems with my reservation.I called to speak to a Priceline representative, and there were STILL problems at the hotel.Shelley at the front desk fixed all the errors and provided the best customer service at a hotel I have ever had.
We were traveling with a service dog. There was no way to notate that when booking with Priceline. The hotel staff was ADA knowledgeable and only asked legally appropriate questions. We were given the "animal room" however, which was full of pet hair.

Call ahead after booking with Priceline to specify the bed type you want, or they will charge extra at the front desk if you want something different that what they auto assign. With a service animal, I'd wait to tell them until they gave you the room key. We had to vacuum our own room (it was covered with long pet hair, and we have a short-haired Boston), and our bed sheets were unchanged (had long animal hairs in the sheets). It was in the middle of nowhere with shady parking situation.

Not luxury, but OK if you are on a budget.

This was my second time staying at this location and sadly again it was a nightmare! I checked into an room that was already occupied. I then had wait to get an other room. When I finally got a new room I discovered that the drain stopper was broken in the bathroom sink. Also the TV was so low you could not watch it while laying down in the bed. The blanket on the bed was a twin...it was a full size or bigger bed.

I liked the kitchen and the refrigerator in the room and the price was good.
There was no public transportation close by and no hotel shuttle.

This hotel was very nice for what I paid, it was very clean and the staff was always there to help.
