They did not even provide us with coffee for the coffee pot everyday. Only the first day we were able to drink coffee in the room. We stayed there 3 days, no one showed up to clean the room, or change towels. There was nobody to speak to at the lobby most of the time. For the price we paid in this area, we were happy. We were ending a cross-country road trip, however, and I do wish we had spring for a little nicer place after sleeping in a moving van and on the road for so many nights. But the staff were very friendly and helpful and that alone was worth it.

I would recommend to friends for feel at home away from home.

The check in was painful. First of all they have "early check in" fee of $25 if you check in before 1pm. Then they were cleaning rooms, so didn't have rooms any way. Staff seems to be working on phone in a small side area. There is definitely some confusion on how to make customers feel welcome. The facility is clean, room was well decorated for the price they charged me. Breakfast is quite mediocre so don't make your plans based on eating there. There are other choices nearby. ...read more

Save your time and money and book through a regular site. Do not do business with these crooks. I had to sleep in my rental until my flight. This company is ridiculous for letting their customers be treated like this.

Clean rooms, some staff were helpful, others gave impression that they didn't want to be bothered, like no change available for laundry machines.

the location is close to bus lines and trolley..what else could u want...unless the person staying there does not know..myabe could enter that in your broshure of information.

again my stay has allways been cordial. the staff friendly, courteous, and
always helpful when i need something. I will continue staying there. It is my favorite place to get away since i live in the same city as the hotel.
