Room was a decent size. Bed was more comfortable than I expected.
AC didn't work, dishes were dirty, tub drain was broke , staff ignored us for a good 10 minutes while we were trying to check in.

for three hot nights no air conditioning, after repeated calls to desk no one ever came to fix it. later i was told that the repair staff only works on the weekdays....i should get money back... i am very unhappy
The location, staff, and ameneties were nice, but not having air conditioning in my room is bad, i use air conditioning while i sleep, i never got any sleep because room was so stuffy even with windows open.

The view from the window was nice. Good tv
The waste basket under the sink had trash and old supermart meat packaging from the last guest inIit. I the feathers from the down pillow were sticking me in the head and shoulders.
The staff was pleasant and very helpful, but the room was not cleaned thoroughly between guests and if they are going to have down pillows, then either get higher quality or better pillowcases so youwont get stabbed. Other than that I had a restful sleep

Nothing! It was an aweful experience. The room was filthy. The building was under construction and the windows had plastic wrap on them so you couldn't open them or see out them. The parked a huge crane in front of the room that they started up early.

The staff that work from am to 4pm she was not very accommodating and customer oriented. But the place and the stay was able to meet my expectation..
The am staff that work till 4 pm . She was not very accommodating. She was telling me since I ONLY booked with PRICELINE I don't have a choice with my room if its smoking or non smoking.. She even charges me extra if I go to choose a king size bed.
