Hotel Guest Reviews of the Extended Stay America - Seattle - Bellevue - Downtown
Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. Priceline.com ensures that its reviews are guests-only by proactively sending hotel surveys to customers after they've completed their hotel stays. In the post-stay surveys, priceline.com hotel customers are asked a number of questions about their stay and the hotel. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best, the survey asks guests to rate their overall experience and specifically rate the hotel's cleanliness, staff and location. Priceline.com does not allow site visitors to post unsolicited hotel reviews.May 8, 2013

This was a very good 2 star hotel. Everything was clean and beds comfortable. I was looking to find a pet friendly hotel and this one was just fine. Just wish there wasn't a nonrefundable pet deposit. The Sheraton, down the street doesn't charge one, but they were booked so I couldn't stay there.

When we first arrived the desk clerk did not have a room for us. He said he would try to do something for us. We left to get something to eat and while we were gone I called the 800# to price line and explained my problem. I had all of the documentation and the person from Priceline called the front desk and his conversation was a little different, the desk clerk said there was no problem and that he did have the room for us. I think Priceline came through for us and made sure that he gave us the room we reserved. THANK YOU, PRICELINE! ...

If you need to stay close to town you can stay in this hotel, but if you want better room service, enjoyable stay, not clean the room, good breakfast and have some staff to clean you room regularly don't stay here, get another hotel to stay at the same price range

Needs non stick cooking pan, cooking in a stainless steel pan is very hard. We for some reason got a handicap room and the bathroom flooded everytime we took a shower. Went to the front desk and asked for towels, never got them. Not impressed at all. I think that since we bought with Priceline they gave us the worst room since we got such a deal. When I told the front desk I was unhappy they said to call Priceline. ...

Check in was nice and I loved the large space of the room. I definitely would come back to downtown Bellevue. I would love to see better washers and dryers and a better type of breakfast on the go. I think that is done by corporate. Good job downtown Bellevue.
