Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. The overall layout of the rooms was just right for our family of eight. The kitchenette was an especially nice touch.
No, it suited us just fine.

We took our family of eight to a conference in the area, so it required two rooms. The friendly staff booked the rooms side by side, which was a much appreciated gesture. We found the rooms very family friendly with a practical layout. For next years conference, we would definitely consider doing it all over again!

The location was perfect for what I was doing. Multiple restaurants within walking distance ranging from fast food to casual sit down. There were 2 grocery stores within 1/2 mile. Also very easy access to the freeway.
This hotel had inadequate handicapped parking. Of the four nights I was there, I was unable to park in a handicapped space or near the hotel on three of them.

The staff was great, they took care of everything I asked in a timely manner. The room was clean and well organized, with no frills. The kitchenette was small and minimally stocked. Breakfast was exactly what they advertised "Grab and go" There was limited selection and it was all designed to take with you out the door. The locations of nearby restaurants and shopping was great. ...read more

The best thing I liked overall was the Priceline price!
It was by far the Worst hotel I ever stayed in!. Once in the room, had to call for toilet paper!. The toilet wasn't as cleaned as it should have been Nor was the shower. I had a large dog barking for an Hour!. Someone on top floor was very heavy Footed.

Easy acces to and from the freeway, lots of stores and eateries to choose from!. I thought the staff could have better handle the barking dog situation. I had to call them Three times at the front desk! The manager should have personally called me to apologize. They should have never put me In that area unless I too had a dog!.. I personally will never stay there again nor will I recommend. ...read more

Loved the staff. Friendly
Smell of smoke in elevators and stairwells. Maybe slightly more variety at grab and go breakfast or on different days do different stuff.

Good location, Large rooms, Staff very friendly. One of the best extended stays we have stayed at. Beds used to be very hard but have been replaced with comfortable think beds.

great location. Right off freeway. In middle of many places to eat.
Did not realize we had to ask for soap, shampoo, dish soap at the front desk. None kept in the room.

Paid a great price though with Priceline Express. Plan to stay again next trip. Our room was non-smoking, we couldn't smell any smoke in our room but could in the hallways and common areas.

Staff was very very pleasant. Place was very clean and neat, I will return to stay on my next visit.
Nope

The rooms are great and beds are soft. Our room came with everything that we needed. The breakfast and coffee in the morning could use a little TLC but all in all it is a very comfy and quiet retreat from home.
