Solo Traveler
Good sized rooms with kitchenettes (refrigerator, microwave, stove), nice large bathroom with shower/tub combo.Digital room temperature control so makes it much more easier to control heat/cool in room. Now Wifi included in room price.

Business Traveler
Priceline has listed in the hotel amenities a gym/workout facility. Extended Stay America-Tracy has lost their agreement with the Fitness 19 facility and there is no longer a gym to use. This is not acceptable.

Senior Travelers
If one understands the nature of temporary quarters hotels this one will fall within one's expectations. I was especially impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Other guests may not have had the issues with cleanliness I had, but I am a stickler.

Group Traveler
Disappointed! Mislead, there is no swimming pool or roadway beds or hair dryers very little parking, riped bedding, no daily house keeping. I had to go to the front desk to replace anything we ran out of coffee( no decaf) sugar, creamer, toilet paper clean sheets and towels. Well I needed to bring down my solid towels/bedding to trade in for clean ones. There were empty nicer rooms that were not given to us. After we stayed there one night for a soccer tournament several other families 7 to be exact got rooms and used The said " i was wondering what happened when we got so many guest, this is crazy" made me feel stupid for even selecting this rating. ...

I guess if I had a different room that was more cleaner, I would recommend this to others. That was my first impression was the room.
