Our hotel ratings and reviews are from real hotel guests. I took a shower.
This is the kind of a hotel you stay when you are down to your last pennies and have no other options. I am a college student and i happened to be very broke at the time of my visit to tacoma (to go visit my girlfriend) we both hated the place. The lady at the front desk is mean and the bathroom in out room was a nightmare. I would definitely not go back there again!! you really get what you pay for. ...

Stayed at this hotel on business. Quick check in and friendly staff member. Room was larger than I expected and very clean. Everything worked, I was happy.

Very friendly staff, good hotel for a business traveler who is interested in a reasonably priced place to sleep.

I bid on this hotel and won. wanted to check in early, so I called and the receptionist told me they did not have any double bed rooms clean, but would have the maid clean one at 9:00 am. as soon as they came on. I arrived at 10:30 am. and my room was ready. The hotel had a funny smell not bad, but not good either. The bed was like sleeping on a brick thats why I give this hotel such a bad rating all else was perfect for the money.

I was not happy to be given a room with a single bed and then finding out that there was a $10 charge for an extra bed. The room had not been cleaned well. The walls had coffee stains and there were empty six packs in the fridge.

The worst hotel I've been to. And I'm not a complainer about this kind of stuff. I asked to upgrade rooms and that I would pay the difference and I was told they were completely booked..but when I took the key into the desk worker she was selling rooms to people for $100. I even asked for a roll away since my "queen" bed was a full and was told they had none. The furniture was totally out dated and gross. A reclining chair had a couple tears in it. Did not feel comfortable staying here. I did talk to the manager and they're sending me a voucher for a free stay, but it's unlikely I'll go through this again. ...

The hotel was quiet the night I stayed at the property. The room is outdated, uncomfortable bed, and the room had a general cleanliness.
