Priceline sold rooms there were not actually available. When I got there to check in, she had my reservation but the room priceline sold me wasnt available. The clerk was able to get me in a room, thank goodness as it was very late.

Again, priceline listed and sold rooms that were not available. The hotel told me this happens quite often, so buyer beware you should call the hotel!!

Received a smoking room which I had not requested. Asked to switched and told it would be handled the next day (which I thought was reasonable). Didn't happen. Asked the manager to call me....not professional enough to call. Will NEVER stay there again

hallways always dirty. poor management. appears to be poor training of support staff as I always have had trouble checking in. Will not stay there again. Management won't care! (sad)

Helpful staff. As close as it could get to my destination. Liked the grab and go cart. Coffee was good.

It was a little noisy with traffic banging above. I did not know if it was the room above me or people walking the halls upstairs. I was on the ground floor and it was quite loud at times.

Very limited dishware and cookware. No oven. Microwave and cooktop. Remember if you bring food, salt pepper and oil or butter. Nice and convenient to a lot of shopping.

Had a kitchen and everything seems to work

Smoke. Smoke. Smoke. Even in the handicap-accessible non-smoking room, it was unbearable! I could barely sleep due to the horrible stale smoke smell. Absolutely disgusting.

Avoid at all costs, unless you are a chain-smoker. Good luck if you aren't. It'll be in your clothes by the time you checkout the next day. Yuck.

We checked in late and the room and bathroom were filthy, the desk agent and night auditor changed our sheets, cleaned the bathroom and the microwave.

The room was nice and seemed clean, but there were roaches in the room. The price was definitely excellent.

I was on the third floor. It was as good as a smoking floor, because the smell of smoke was so strong that even my clothes that were not worn outside the room smelled like smoke and needed washed. There was no exercise room.

The internet did not cost extra this time. So, this was an improvement. I would stay away from the third floor. It's as good as a smoking floor, though I do not believe smoking is permitted in the hotel at all. The hotel is fairly nice, but the smoking problem did not seem to be enforced whatsoever.

It was spacious!

The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Very confrontational and argumentative.

I would not stay there again. We were in down for the fair and to show livestock. They were turning people away. The hotel front desk staff argued with us about owing for an additional night's stay. They were argumentative and rude. I will not stay there again nor recommend that others stay there either.

Not much to talk about here.

The towels were as rough as sandpaper and the bed and pillows were hard as rocks.

I think you should take this place off your list. There is not much good to say about this place.
