Business Traveler
Despite the excellent location and reasonable prices, this hotel is not an option. My room was so unclean I had to move to a second room. The second room was no better. It's as if nobody cleans the rooms at all. The remnants of every previous guest are evident on the bed, linens, floor and surfaces of the rooms. Worst ICK! factor ever.

It's great if you're taking a get away vacation and would rather not leave the room. Though it isn't modern by any stretch and it's a little dingy looking. For what it is it is nice though.

Couple
The hotel itself was very accommodating. The kitchen in the room was clean and all appliances and utilities worked. The bed was comfortable and we had a pretty view. I really enjoyed how close the hotel was to all major highways. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and cheerful at all hours of the day. We very much enjoyed Extended Stay America!

The hotel was fine for what it was. Additionally, we were disappointed in the lack of housekeeping. They did not clean our room on the day we requested and then said they only did it once a week. We were there for 6 days and, if I did not ask repeatedly to get our room cleaned once, it would not have been cleaned at all. They said they only do it once a week.

Family Traveling with Teens
The front desk manager tried to accommodate us - two adults and two kids by upgrading us to a room with two queen beds, especially after the screw up with the first room not being cleaned. My one son actually touched the rusty pocket knife that was in the room. It was bad news.
