Poor service
No cleaning service. Bad customer service. No help from front desk. Nasty smell from the room. Complain but no response. They don't care because it is a third party deal as a price line . Are very rude and we have two room because family one first.
Other 3rd floor I told them we small kids but they don't care

I am allergic to tobacco. This was a smoking room. I had to drag the couch to the window and open the window. Outside the window were the busy commuter trains. I couldn't believe they gave me a smoking room.
Parking is tight. Entry from the street is on a curve that has no sign right on the entry at the curve. The first time, I went by it. Their sign is ast the top of the hotel.
The kitchen is helpful. Bring coffee and filters if staying for more than one day. They only give you coffee for one little pot. Good to bring your own incadescent lighting.

The exterior of the hotel was very nice and I was pleasantly surprised when I drove up to it. The layout of the room was very nice and it had updated furnishings and was well maintained.
It was right next to the train station which I actually really liked. I enjoyed watching the train go by from our window. It also was perfect for us since we planned on taking the train to our destination during the trip.
I was very impressed with the hotel and the staff. It was convenient to both Atlanta and nearby areas because the train station was right next door.I loved the fact the rooms were inside the hotel I always feel safer. This hotel was in a nice area of town also. The breakfast had a good selection of grab N' go items inc flavored coffee creamer. The room was in great condition and spacious as well with lots of up to date touches. I would look forward to staying there again. ...

Open trash barrels I the the hallway next to my room. The sound of doors constantly slamming closed.
I will never recommend or even consider staying in this hotel again .

the staff didn't help me when it came to my problem with my tub/shower...The tub was clogged up and she thought it was exceptable for me to stand in a tub full of water to take a shower. Not satisfied at all!!!!

The lobby was attractive.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and upon leaving I noticed that all of my belongings smelled as well. There were cigarette butts and trash bags in the elevator lobby. The couch in the room was filthy, and areas of the room needed repair.

Small public spaces, but that is how Extended Stays are. Not a big problem.
This was a very nice hotel stay. The price was excellent and the rooms were very clean and attractive. I'll definitely be staying here next time I make a trip to Atlanta.
