I was not aware that this was a smoking hotel. I was put in a smoking room and there were ashes on the dresser next to the bed. They were able to switch me over to a different room ,but still a smokers room. The sidewalk had also not been shoveled where

Room was spacious and
provided morning coffee in the lobby.
We could hear every time the people in the room above us walked
and
loud toilet.

For the star level it is, I have no complaints. They offered "breakfast" though I think that's a stretch. You have your choice of an individually wrapped muffin or bagel along with coffee or tea. I'm not complaining though because that's more than we've gotten at other 2 stars!! There's no daily maid service, but the front desk was more than accommodating when we asked for new linens. We usually stay at 2.5 stars or above, so I wasn't prepared for no shampoo, lotion, etc. Next time I'll be prepared & bring some

The room was pretty good size and it was clean.
Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I had to move the entire TV stand just to watch TV from the bed. My wife tried to ask a front desk attendant about any other items for the continental breakfast and there was no one around. We litterally just left. I'll never stay at an Extended Stay again!

Convenient location to friends.
Bedding, couches, curtains, all smelled strongly of cigarettes; getting in bed was like going into a cigar room.

When this opened some years ago I was a guest and found it clean and well furnished for a moderately priced hotel. It has gone downhill, furniture is the largely the original, so full of smoke i had to leave windows open in winter. I won't be going back.

Felt safe, caring front desk personnel, helpful and friendly.
Complimentary breakfast needed some yogurt or hard boiled eggs, i.e. protein for business travelers.

Location: once you figure it out, not far from the off ramp when driving west on Route 9. Rather difficult on rainy night to find it on return going east on Route 9. Warm and friendly, safe and comfortable when you get inside. Lobby and hallways could be cleaner, and trash in parking lot. Rooms were cleaner though, and rather comfortable. I would have liked shampoo and creme rinse as business traveler for 1-2 night stay however. ...read more

We arrived late. Jose & other custodian helped us get in when automated system didn't work. Very kind.
extra charge to use wifi not reasonable for hotel price--didn't use our laptop. No coffee in lobby.
