This hotel worked really well for us. The only thing that we did not like is that our air conditioner did not work. We asked for them to fix it and were reassured that they would. They never fixed it in the 5 days, that we stayed there.

Family Traveling with Teens
Was not a good experience. Went to the room and knew I would not be staying. Room felt dirty and the air conditioner did not work. Did not feel safe. Left hotel and went to another hotel to stay for the time in town.

Bed was comfortable. Near airport. Air traffic noisy until late night. Was just average. WiFi not worth extra cost. Liked shuttle service to Ohara to connect to Chicago mass transit.

The hotel served us well because all we did was sleep there, but if I was taking a vacation where I'd actually want to spend time in the hotel, I wouldn't stay there.
